6. Intellectual Property in Deliverables

Design drawings, structural calculations, reports, bills of quantities, and other professional documents produced by East Prowess Limited under a formal contract remain the intellectual property of East Prowess Limited until full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing in the relevant contract.

Upon full payment, the client receives a licence to use deliverables for the specific project for which they were prepared. Reuse of our professional documents for other projects requires our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
