Our registered office is in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

- Project and contract data: Retained for 7 years from the date of project completion to satisfy legal, tax, warranty, and dispute resolution obligations under Tanzanian law.
- Career application data: Retained for 12 months from the date of application for unsuccessful candidates (to allow for future vacancies). Retained for the duration of employment for successful candidates, plus 7 years post-employment.
- Newsletter subscription data: Retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
- Cookie data: Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent analytics cookies expire within 12–24 months as detailed in our Cookie Policy.
- Website analytics data: Aggregated, anonymised data retained indefinitely for trend analysis. Identifiable IP data is anonymised within 26 months by Google Analytics.
