East Prowess Limited Completes TZS 8.2 Billion Commercial Tower in Dar es Salaam CBD
East Prowess Limited has successfully completed and handed over the Kariakoo Business Centre — a 14-storey mixed-use commercial tower in the heart of Dar es Salaam's Central Business District. The TZS 8.2 billion project, delivered on programme and within the approved contract sum, comprises 8,400 square metres of Grade A office space across 10 upper floors, 1,200 square metres of ground-floor retail units, two basement parking levels accommodating 180 vehicles, and a rooftop facilities floor featuring a terrace, plant room, and water storage systems. The tower was built using a reinforced concrete frame with curtain-wall glazing, and represents the most technically complex building project East Prowess Limited has delivered to date. The client, Kariakoo Properties Limited, expressed full satisfaction with the quality of works and the professionalism of the East Prowess site team throughout the 28-month construction programme.
